Description
Llwynderw is a one-storey building with an attic, set on a low plinth. It features a slate roof with brick end chimneys and three modern flat-roofed dormers. The walls are square-panelled, with the front wall consisting of three panels high, although a section on the right has been covered and has painted 'framing'. The entrance door is roughly central and is a part-glazed 19th-century door. There are two small-pane casement windows to the left and one to the right. The gable end on the right has end posts braced to the wall plate and a decorative gable with an embattled tie-beam, which bears the unlikely date of 1583.
At the rear, there is a single flat-roofed dormer, and only the lower part of the wall has exposed framing, along with two modern small-pane windows. There is a small extension with a chimney at the lower end of the building.
The kitchen, which is accessed from the left gable, features heavy beams with stopped ovolo chamfers.
