Description
20 Park Street is a two-storey building with a symmetrical elevation featuring four windows. It is constructed from roughly coursed and squared sandstone rubble, with dressed stone quoins and a hipped slate roof that has two octagonal stone chimneys. The central entrances are paired and share a stone canopy. The windows have hoodmoulds; however, those on the ground floor are badly eroded, while those on the upper level have been restored.
On the left side, there are paired entrances under a shared stone canopy, although the entrance on the right has been converted into a window. The right side mirrors the left side's design.
Overall, the two-unit cottages maintain their basic plan form, with some original stairs and blocked corner fireplaces still present.
