Description
21 Park Street is a two-storey building with a symmetrical elevation featuring four windows. It is constructed from roughly coursed and squared sandstone rubble, with dressed stone quoins and a hipped slate roof that has two octagonal stone chimneys. The paired central entrances are covered by a stone canopy. The windows have hoodmoulds; however, those on the ground floor are badly eroded, while the upper-level windows have been restored.
On the left side, there are paired entrances under a shared stone canopy, with the right entrance now converted into a window. The right side mirrors the left. The two-unit cottages generally retain their basic plan form, including some original stairs and blocked corner fireplaces.
