Description

Eddystone House is a two-storey building, likely dating from the 19th century, constructed with render over brick and featuring a slate roof with tiled cresting. The house has a double-pile plan consisting of two parallel ranges. The central entrance is located in a braced timber gabled porch, which is flanked by tripartite small-paned sash windows. Above, there are 16-pane hornless sash windows. Additionally, there is a stair window in the gable return, which is a small-paned sash with margin lights.
