Adjacent to the shippon on the left side is the lower piggery, which is also made of brick and has a slate roof with a dentil verge. The piggery includes a replacement boarded door. On the left gable end of the piggery, there are two low round-headed openings, with the left-hand opening located within one of two low added outshuts at the rear.
