Description
The Quinta is a two-storey building with a symmetrical design, constructed in roughcast render with smooth rendered angle quoins over brick, topped with a slate roof. It features a projecting central wing flanked by two-window ranges on each side. The high first-floor oriel window in the wing has gothic arched mullioned lights, while the south elevation of the wing includes a canted bay window with similar lights. The gable is adorned with heavy scalloped bargeboards and an ornate finial.
Towards the center of the left-hand range is a doorway, with a canted bay window to its left. The upper windows on either side are 2-light casements featuring arched lights and drop-ended hood moulds, with one being a blind painted window in the right-hand range. The garden front includes a short service wing to the north, and in the main range, there are two canted full-height bay windows with gothic arched lights alternating with 2-light casement windows that also have drop-ended hood moulds and similar arched lights on the first floor. A French doorway with margin lights is located to the right below the bays, and there is a casement window in a reeded frame between them. The building has end wall and axial stacks with diagonal shafts.
