Description

Pendas House is a three-storey brick building with slate roofs, dating from the 18th century. It features a three-window range with a central entrance. The entrance has a six-panelled door with an overlight set within a pedimented architrave, flanked by three-light casement windows that have been renewed in their original openings and feature steep cambered heads. The upper floors also have similar windows, with two-light windows above the door and in the attic storey. There is a plat band above the lower windows, and the building has coped gables with end wall stacks. At the rear, there is a lower wing that forms part of the original structure, which was extended in the late 18th century or early 19th century.
