Description
The former dovecote south of Leeswood Hall dates from around 1720 and is a two-storey structure made of red brick. It features an ashlar string course and banded stone pilasters at the corners, along with a moulded stone plinth. The building has remnants of a pyramidal slate roof. It includes gauged brick lintels above blind panels, which have keyblocks, and a doorway with an architrave that also has a keyblock. The dovecote has a polygonal plan and retains brick nesting boxes and stone stairs inside.
