Description

Groes-wen is a single-storey, two-unit cottage located in a hollow between the road and a lane, facing north. The cottage is rendered and whitened, featuring a slate roof with a tile ridge. It has rendered and whitened end chimneys. There is a restored central heck-door and four-pane casement windows with painted sills. To the left, there is a small lean-to that faces the lane, along with later sheds at its rear. A stone front garden wall borders the lane, complete with a wooden gate. The interior has not been seen.
