Description
Pen Bont is a single-storey cottage that is attached to a two-storey dwelling on the right (northwest). The cottage is constructed of stone, with the front elevation being roughcast rendered. It has a roof made of small, old slates, featuring a tiled ridge and stone coping on the left side. There is a single gable stack on the left, which is rendered and includes dripstones and capping. The entrance elevation leads into a small enclosed garden at the front, surrounded by a low rendered rubble wall. The entrance is centrally located and features a modern boarded door, flanked by four-pane horned sash windows. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
