Description

Ty'n Llan is a single-storey cottage featuring two parallel wings that are set at right angles to the rear, along with a hipped roof porch at the front. The building is constructed from roughly coursed rubble masonry. Its roof is covered with small old slates and has stone copings; it has been partially re-roofed. The cottage has a large gable stack on the right side, which includes dripstones and capping, as well as a smaller capped stack on the left gable. The windows are modern timber casements that seem to respect the original openings. The interior could not be inspected at the time of the survey.
