Description
Groeslon is a two-storey cottage featuring two windows and a central doorway that is sheltered by a modern glazed porch. It has single-storey wings on either side; the right wing includes a single doorway on the right, while the left wing has a doorway on the right and a large window on the left. The cottage is constructed from rubble masonry and is limewashed. It has a slate roof with rendered gable stacks, including a large squat stack on the left side of the left wing. At the rear, there are several very small windows. The windows are modern timber casements with slate sills, primarily located in the original openings. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
