Description
Beaumaris Lodge is a single-storey building designed in an L-shaped plan, featuring a modern flat-roofed addition to the north and west. The exterior is finished with roughcast render and has a smooth rendered plinth course. The roof is covered with large slates arranged in two shallow courses at the ridge, and it features shaped and moulded Dutch parapet gables. At the rear, behind the entrance, there are paired diagonally set shafts on a rectangular stack. The main elevation faces the road to the east and includes a boarded door set within a chamfered entrance, which is part of an advanced central porch that has chamfered angles and a similarly shaped gable above. There is a blank recess in the gable over the doorway. The casement windows are fitted with timber mullions, and the south wall features a canted bay window topped with a slate roof. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
