Description
The cottage at Plas Llandecwyn is a small lofted structure built from coursed rubble masonry, incorporating large stones as lintels. It features a modern slate roof with stone copings, roof lights, and a hipped gable dormer on the rear pitch. The front (northwest) elevation has a boarded door flanked by small recessed timber casements. Access to the loft doorway is through the left (northeast) gable, which is reached by an external flight of stone steps. The rear wall includes a single small light, while the dormer has an 8-pane light with slate hung cheeks. On the right (southwest) gable, there is a large raking buttress made of coursed rubble, above which is a single paned light in the gable apex. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
