Description
The lychgate and churchyard walls of the Church of St Tecwyn are constructed from simple rubble, primarily fieldstone, and enclose a near circular churchyard. The lychgate is located towards the southwest corner and is made of roughly coursed rubble featuring characteristic long blocks. It has coped gables and a slate roof, with shouldered doorways on each side.
Additionally, there is a monopitched bier house that forms part of the churchyard wall, featuring a slab parapet that abuts the southeast corner of the churchyard. This bier house has a wide opening facing the lane to the south and shows evidence of a blocked opening into the churchyard.
