Description

Llan House is a 2-storey farmhouse dating from an unspecified period. It features roughcast render over rubble, smooth rendered stressed angle quoins, and a slate roof with gable end stacks. The building is a long 4-window range, with a doorway located to the right of center. The ground floor has 4-pane sash windows and a 2-light casement, while the first floor features 16-pane sashes set below the eaves. To the left, there is a former cottage that has a doorway in a gabled porch canopy against its lower gable wall, with a 2-light casement window on each floor and a stack on the upper gable wall. An outbuilding beyond is an integral part of the range, featuring a wide inserted doorway and 2-light upper windows.
