Description
Llan Farmhouse is a 2-storey building with roughcast render over rubble, featuring smooth rendered stressed angle quoins and a slate roof with gable end stacks. The farmhouse has a long 4-window range, with a doorway located to the right of the center. It includes 4-pane sash windows and a 2-light casement on the ground floor, while the first floor has 16-pane sashes positioned below the eaves. To the left, there is a former cottage that has a doorway set in a gabled porch canopy against its lower gable wall, along with a 2-light casement window on each floor and a stack on the upper gable wall. An outbuilding, which is an integral part of the range, features a wide inserted doorway and 2-light upper windows.
