Description

Pont yr Hendwr is a small single-span bridge with a humped deck made of rubble stone. It features a low segmental pointed arch constructed from narrow stone voussoirs, complete with a dripstone. The bridge has continuous parapets topped with flat stone copings. The abutments extend as rubble stone walls that follow the road to the north, curve around to the lane to the southeast, and connect with a butt joint to the southwest, where it leads to a driveway.
