Description
The former cart-shed and stable at the Dudley Arms Hotel is a lofted structure made of whitewashed rubble stone, topped with a slate roof. On the right side, there is a cart-shed bay featuring a large timber lintel and planked double doors. To the left of the center, a stable doorway has split doors, and there is a small window to its right with small-pane glazing and timber struts. To the left of the stable doorway, there is a planked door, which may have originally led to a tack room. Above the stable doorway, there is a hay loft hatch. The south gable end includes a first-floor doorway with a planked door, accessible by stone steps, and a four-pane window to its left. Adjacent to the north gable end is a lower converted range. The interior was not accessible during the inspection.
