Description
13 and 15 Park Street in Denbigh are a pair of town houses built with render, likely over rubble, which is exposed at the rear of number 13. They feature a stone plinth and heightened brick end wall stacks, along with an additional rear wall stack for number 15. Both houses have slate roofs and are arranged as a 2-window range. Number 13 is two storeys high, while number 15 includes an additional attic storey. Each house has a central entrance with a four-panelled door and an overlight, flanked by 12-pane hornless sash windows on each floor. The attic storey of number 15 features a 9-pane sash and casement window located just below the eaves. At the rear, each house has a hipped-roofed wing; number 13 has a 12-pane sash window on the first floor, while number 15 has a tripartite small-paned sash window above a 12-pane sash window on the ground floor.
