Nos. 13 and 14 Priory Hill are a pair of houses that feature a lower roofline compared to the neighboring buildings. Each house has one window on each floor and an inner doorway. The exterior is cement rendered, and both houses have a slate roof. The windows are fitted with 20th-century casement glazing, and the doors have been replaced with modern versions.
