Description

13 and 15 Park Street are a pair of town houses in Denbigh. They likely date from the 18th century. They are rendered, probably over a rubble base which is visible at the rear of number 13, with a stone plinth and brick end wall stacks, which have been raised, with an additional rear wall stack at number 15. They have slate roofs. Each house is two windows wide and number 13 is two storeys high, while number 15 has an additional attic storey. Both have a central entrance with a four-panelled door and overlight, flanked by twelve-pane hornless sash windows on each floor. Number 15 also has a nine-pane sash and casement window in its attic storey, set below the eaves. Each house has a hipped-roofed wing to the rear, with a twelve-pane sash window on the first floor of number 13, and a tripartite small-paned sash window above a twelve-pane sash on the ground floor of number 15.
