Agricultural range at Glythau Isaf

The agricultural range at Glythau Isaf consists of a cow-house, barn, and a single bay lofted cartshed located at the eastern end. It has lean-to additions at the front and rear of the western end. The building is constructed from rubble masonry and features a slate roof. The entrance to the cartshed has a rough hewn and cambered timber lintel, while all other openings have rough dressed stone heads. The principal elevation faces south towards the house, with the cartshed offset to the far right. Originally, there were three doorways along the range, but now there is a single door to the left of the cartshed, a blocked doorway with a six-pane light to the left, and the third doorway on the western side is obscured by a modern lean-to addition.

On the first floor, there is a single opening offset to the left of the cartshed, positioned directly under the eaves, along with ventilation slits on both the ground and first floors. Access to the loft is provided by a flight of brick and stone steps at the eastern gable return. The rear elevation features two doorways and ventilation slits on both floors, along with a lean-to addition at the western end. Inside, there are roughly hewn beams and a lintel over the open cartshed bay, but internal inspection was not possible at the time of the survey.
