Description

Pont-y-Llan is a small two-span road bridge made of rubble. It features small segmental arches with long, rough-dressed voussoirs. The bridge has a rubble parapet with a plain string course below, which returns onto simple terminating piers at the splayed approaches. The slate copings on the bridge have been largely restored. On the upstream side, the parapet includes a blind rectangular recess in the center.
