Description
Efrydfa is a two-storey house featuring rough cast render that is now painted white. The roof is made of graded courses of small, mainly grey slates sourced from Gallt y Llan quarry in Snowdon. It has a broad chimney stack constructed from red-brown brick.
The house has a compact plan with a cross gable facing northwest. The upper floor includes a single three-light small pane casement window, while the ground floor features a three-light window to the left and a two-light window to the right. To the right of the gable, the roof slopes down to ground floor level over a porch, which includes French windows and a door positioned at right angles. The elevation facing the lane to the southwest has a three-light window on each floor. The rear of the cross gable, facing southeast, has a three-light window on the upper floor and a semi-hexagonal bay on the ground floor topped with a hipped slated roof.
At the rear of The Close, there is a garage with a roof made of graded courses of slates and rendered walls.
