Description
The building is a derelict structure located to the rear of Mill View. It is two storeys high and features a single window reflected pair of houses, constructed from rubble masonry. The roof is moderately pitched and covered with slate, complemented by bargeboards. A central stone stack is present, along with slate water tabling.
On the first floor, windows are set under the eaves, while the ground floor windows have stone lintels. There are doorways located at the extreme left and right, featuring deep stone lintels, rectangular fanlights, plank doors, and stone sills.
Adjoining the building at a right angle to the left is another two-storey structure. This also has rubble masonry and stressed quoins, with a slate roof that has plain eaves, exposed purlins, and deep verges. There is a tier of windows set over to the right, with stone lintels, and on the left side elevation, a window is set under the eaves, along with a window and doorway on the ground floor, both featuring stone lintels.
