Description
Arran View is a two-plus-storey house featuring one window. It is constructed of rubble masonry and has a moderately pitched slate roof with plain eaves and close verges. There is a stone stack and water tabling present.
The top storey includes a gabled stone dormer with rubble cheeks and close verges. A Victorian sash window with a stone lintel is visible, which may have been a former doorway. There is a blocked window under the eaves to the right, and a Victorian sash window with a stone lintel on the first floor to the left, with another blocked window to the right. The ground floor has a bipartite paired sash window with a deep stone lintel, and a doorway to the right featuring a stone lintel and a plank door.
The house that was previously adjoining to the right has been demolished.
