Description
This is a derelict house located to the rear of Mill View, dating from the 18th century. It is a two-storey building with a single window reflecting a pair of houses. The structure is made of rubble masonry and features a moderately pitched slate roof with bargeboards. A central stone stack and slate water tabling are present.
The windows on the first floor are set under the eaves, while the ground floor windows have stone lintels. There are doorways at the extreme left and right, which include deep stone lintels, rectangular fanlights, plank doors, and stone sills.
Adjoining the left side of the house is another two-storey building that is also constructed of rubble masonry and has stressed quoins. This building features a slate roof with plain eaves, exposed purlins, and deep verges. A tier of windows is set over to the right with stone lintels, while the left side elevation has a window set under the eaves, along with a window and doorway on the ground floor, both also with stone lintels.
