Description
This is a derelict house located to the rear of Mill View, dating from the 19th century. The building is two storeys high and features a single window reflected pair of houses. It is constructed of rubble masonry and has a moderately pitched slate roof with bargeboards. A central stone stack is present, along with slate water tabling.
The windows on the first floor are set under the eaves, while the ground floor windows have stone lintels. There are doorways at the extreme left and right, featuring deep stone lintels, rectangular fanlights, plank doors, and stone sills.
Adjoining the left side of the main building is another structure that is also two storeys high. This section is made of rubble masonry and has stressed quoins. It has a slate roof with plain eaves, exposed purlins, and deep verges. There is a tier of windows set over to the right with stone lintels, and on the left side elevation, there is a window set under the eaves, along with a window and doorway on the ground floor, both having stone lintels.
