Description

Ty'r Felin is a one-and-a-half storey house built from local rubble, featuring a modern slate roof with a rubble gable parapet and an end chimney on the left side. The roof has plain slate capping and weathercoursing. The front elevation has asymmetrical openings: the entrance, which is off-centre to the right, includes a modern multi-pane glazed door. To the right of the entrance is a 12-pane unhorned sash window, while to the left is a 16-pane unhorned 19th-century sash window. Above the 19th-century sash window is a small catslide dormer that contains a 4-pane casement window, and there is a small skylight to the right. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
