Description
The gatepiers and overthrow connecting Plas Brondanw with Brondanw Cottages are tall, square structures made of rubble, dating from the early 20th century. They feature small, swept-up flanking walls that enclose the courtyard from the terraced gardens. The piers are topped with cornices and slender urns. An elaborate wrought iron overthrow is present, although the gates are missing. There are semicircular-shaped steps leading up to the gatepiers.
