Description

This is a one-and-a-half-story cottage situated adjacent to the service range of Plas Gwyn. The cottage was built using coursed rubble masonry and has a gently pitched slate roof with oversailing eaves and exposed purlins. A stone stack with water tabling is present. A gabled dormer window features deep verges, bargeboards, and slated cheeks. A Victorian sash window is visible, along with a similar, larger window on the ground floor to the left, which has a stone lintel. A doorway is located to the right of the cottage.
