Description

This building is a three-storey, two-window former house that has been converted into a storehouse. It features coursed rubble masonry and a gently pitched slate roof with boxed eaves.

On the second floor, there are shallow upper sashes under the eaves, with a nine-pane window on the left and a twelve-pane window on the right. A brace plate is located alongside. The first floor has a twelve-pane sash window on the left and a sixteen-pane sash window on the right. The ground floor also includes a sixteen-pane sash window on the right, all with stone lintels.

Additionally, there is a broad double doorway on the ground floor to the left, which has a rendered lintel and cemented reveals.
