Description

Gledhill's is a two-storey building with a four-window stucco front and a slate roof. It features 12-pane sash windows on the first floor, with later shop windows at either end, including a modern window on the left side that has splayed entrances. There is a square-headed carriageway beside an arched opening that once had a reused six-pane fanlight. At the time of inspection in Autumn 1987, alterations and modern extensions to the rear were under construction.
