Description
20 Post Office Terrace is a row of wide-fronted terraced cottages built in the 19th century. They are constructed from coursed squared finely joined rubble and topped with slate roofs. The cottages feature large transverse stacks on alternate party walls. Each cottage has a single window and door, with the front doors alternating sides. There is a small horizontally sliding sash window with small panes on each floor, set into deep painted reveals, and long slate lintels above the ground floor openings, all aligned. The margin-glazed door may be original, and the cottages retain their original windows.
