Description

A row of cottages located in Melbury Abbas Village, dating from the mid-19th century. The cottages are constructed from coursed, squared rubble and feature a slate roof with a half-hipped left side. Rendered stacks are positioned between the cottages. The buildings are one and a half storeys high and have a six-window range. They are fitted with two-light cast-iron casements that include glazing bars. The upper floor features gabled dormers, while cottages 6 and 7 have slated porches. The entrances are marked by plank doors.
