Description

The Spread Eagles is a house dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared rubble with a gable-ended tiled roof, featuring stone stacks to the gable ends and to the left of the front door. The house has two storeys and an irregular arrangement of windows. These are stone mullioned windows, with two and three lights. A four-centred headed doorway is located in the second bay from the right. There is a blocked door in the second bay from the left, and a two-storey canted bay window to the right.
