Description

Seibiant is a row of wide-fronted terraced cottages built in the 19th century at 19 to 24 Aberech Road. The cottages are constructed of coursed squared rubble with finely joined detailing, and have slate roofs with large, transverse stacks on the party walls between each property. Each cottage has a single window and door, with the front doors positioned on alternating sides. They feature small, horizontally sliding sash windows with small panes to each floor, set into deep, painted reveals, and have long slate lintels above the ground floor openings which are all aligned. A modern glazed door and a six-pane replacement window are present. A two-storey extension has been added to the rear.
