Rendered, whitened facade with later irregular fenestration. 3 12-pane sash windows, recessed, to first floor; to the extreme L a narrow 2-light original window with off-set timber mullion. Modern small-paned windows to ground floor with a narrow masonry projection beside the L window. Off-centre to R is a pitched-roofed modern porch covering the original crude arched entrance; C19 boarded, arched door with arched 3-pane top light. Curved forecourt walls. Similar small original windows to gable ends; the R gable has later buttressing. Cross-range to rear, probably mid C19, the gable end rendered. This with stone stepped access to first floor. A boarded door to the L gable opens onto the remains of the originally internal stone newel stair to the hall.

Narrow C19 dog-leg stair, now boxed-in beside the passage. Fireplace bressummer to upper L room with adjacent garderobe within thickness of stack.
