Description

The former watermill at Llwyndu, dated 1883 and initialled DJ, is located above and to the east of the house, facing down across the former farmyard. This building is a single-storey structure with a loft, constructed from rubble and featuring a renewed slate roof. The entrance is off-centre to the left and has full-height stable doors. To the right of the entrance, there is a window with three panes above two sliding boarded panels. A boarded loft door is located on the north gable, and an overshot waterwheel is retained on the south gable, protected by a stone wall.

Inside, the floor is stone flagged, but there is no surviving machinery.
