Description

12 The Crescent is a two-storey building featuring a two-window front with scribed render, and later attics added to both Nos 12 and 13. The building has slate roofs, boarded eaves, and rendered chimney stacks. The attics have casement windows, while the lower floors boast 12-pane sash windows with moulded architraves. The ground floor windows of Nos 11 and 12 are adorned with Rococo plaster ornament over the lintels. There are egg and dart moulded cill bands with classical brackets on the first floor for Nos 12 and 13, and bracket cills on the ground floor. The doors for Nos 11 and 13 are modern, while No 12 features a four-panel door. The rear of the building has various extensions, with the extension to No 13 being slate hung.
