Menai View Terrace

Menai View Terrace is a three-storey building with a basement at No 13 and attics at Nos 14 and 15, which are a reflected pair. No 13 features a pebbledash finish, while Nos 14 and 15 are covered in stucco. The roofs are slate, with cement render chimney stacks and bracketed eaves at Nos 13 and 15. No 14 has a modern dormer, and No 15 has two slate-hung dormers with sash windows. The lower floors have sash windows; No 13 has small panes on the second floor and basement, while Nos 14 and 15 feature windows with marginal glazing bars. No 14 retains blind box valences, and No 15 has Tudor labels. There are two-storey splayed bay windows flanking the entrances, with six-panel doors and an ironwork balustrade leading up to the steps at Nos 14 and 15.

The front gardens slope down to dressed stone forecourt walls with gabled topped gate-piers.

At the rear, No 13 has 16-pane sash windows, a round window, and a 24-pane staircase window. Nos 14 and 15 have cross ranges, with No 15 featuring a slate-hung gable end and 12-pane sashes.
