Description

Morannedd Cafe is a single-storey building constructed of concrete with a flat concrete roof that is reinforced with iron and features a bold overhang supported by a series of cast iron brackets. The building has a distinctive boomerang shape, with the entrance located centrally between its curved wings. It has paired glazed doorways, with glass-brick windows positioned between and above them. Each wing is designed with wide full-height windows that are framed by a grid of metal glazing bars on the elevation facing the sea, which curves around each end. The straighter rear walls are illuminated by windows that are set high beneath the eaves.
