Description
No 11 Pencei, built as a pair with No 12, is a late Georgian house featuring two windows and two and a half storeys, along with a basement. The exterior is constructed from large squared slate-stone blocks arranged in regular courses, now highlighted with heavy cement pointing. It has a slate roof and a stone stack that it shares with the taller adjoining house, No 10. On the right side, there are steps, which have been rebuilt in cement and are shared with No 12, leading to an entrance that is raised above street level. This entrance features a fielded-panel door and an overlight. The windows are 16-pane hornless sashes. The basement is cement-rendered and includes a central boarded door and a replaced small-pane window to its left.
