Description

7 Pencei (Cornhill) is a three-and-a-half-storey, two-window house. It is constructed of large slate-stone blocks laid in regular courses and has a slate roof with added skylights, along with stone stacks. The building's openings are offset to the right. The main range has a replaced half-glazed door in a slightly wider original opening, and replacement windows in original openings.

The left gable end, which faces the steep slope of Grisiau Mawr, has replacement windows on each storey, with the middle-storey window originally being a doorway. A full-height vertical joint separates the main range from a lower, rear wing built into a steep bank. The rear wing, facing Grisiau Mawr, has a doorway that has been converted into a window, a further replacement window to the left, and a third-storey entrance created by an inserted panel door. The property was not inspected internally.
