Description

19 Pencei is a 2½-storey house featuring three windows, constructed from large slate-stone blocks arranged in regular courses. It has a slate roof with added skylights and end stacks, with the right-hand stack being heightened next to the taller No 20. The entrance is located slightly to the right of center and consists of a replacement half-glazed door with an overlight above. The windows are 4-pane horned sashes, with the upper storey windows being shorter. At the rear, there are two windows that have been replaced in earlier openings, along with an added 1-storey gabled wing on the right side. The building has not been inspected.
