Description

20 Pencei, located on Cornhill, is a 3-storey house built in the 19th century, constructed in a range with No 21 and Nos 1-3 Lombard Street. It features two windows and is made of large slate-stone blocks laid in regular courses, topped with a slate roof and a stone stack on the left side. The openings are offset to the right and have raised cement-render surrounds. To the right, there is a recessed half-glazed door. The windows are replacements set in the original openings.

The rear of the building is pebble-dashed and also has replacement windows. The property has not been inspected.
