Description
Ty Llwyd is a house that features two storeys and a two-window range. It is likely constructed from rubble masonry, which is rendered, and has stressed quoins on the main elevation. The roof is made of slate and includes broad rubble stone stacks with drip stones and capping on the gable ends, with the stack on the right shared with Glanywern.
The central doorway is positioned between widely spaced windows, and all ground-floor openings are sheltered by a slate-roofed veranda supported by timber piers. On either side of the doorway are rectangular bay windows featuring wide horned sash windows with six panes. The first floor has unequal hornless sashes with twelve panes, set as half-dormers beneath gables, and there is a blank tablet with a raised border located between the windows.
The interior was not inspected during the survey.
