Description
13 Pencei is a two-window house that stands 2½ storeys tall with a basement. It is part of a row with Nos 11-12 and 14-15, but it is separated from Nos 14-15 by a full-height vertical joint, while the joint between Nos 12 and 13 is concealed by cement. The house is constructed of large slate-stone blocks laid in regular courses, topped with a slate roof and featuring coursed stone end stacks. The openings are offset to the left. The entrance, located on the left side, is above street level and accessed by stone steps. It has a replacement fielded-panel door beneath a narrow overlight. The windows are 4-pane hornless sashes, which include two gabled roof dormers. On the right side, slate steps lead down to a replacement boarded basement door, positioned to the left of center, with a window to its right.
