Description

13 Church Street is a late-Georgian style, two-storey house built as a pair with No 12, although it is not symmetrical. The front is whitened pebble-dashed, featuring a slate roof and a brick stack on the rear slope. The two-window front has 12-pane hornless sash windows, with the ground floor window being a result of restoration work in the late 20th century. The doorway on the right has a two-panel door within a doorcase that features a deep hood on moulded brackets, also matching details from the late 20th century to those of No 12.

At the rear, the main range is weatherboarded and has replacement windows. There is a lower two-storey rear wing that is shorter than the corresponding wing of No 12. The walls of this wing are rendered, with modern windows, but original rubble-stone is exposed in the gable end. The property has not been inspected.
